Accessibility
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Virgent AI wants virgent.ai to be usable by people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public marketing pages. That is a target, not a claim that every page currently meets every success criterion.
What we provide
- A skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable control.
- Language set to English on the root document.
- Form labels and error text on the primary contact and subscribe forms.
- The site agent identified as an AI agent, not a person.
Known limits
Interactive demos, canvases, and older marketing experiments may not meet the same standard as the core pages. Some third-party embeds (Stripe Checkout, Cal.com, Google tags, Turnstile) are outside our full control. Color contrast in a few campaign layouts may still fall short. We fix issues as we find them.
How to report a barrier
Email hello@virgent.ai with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if that is relevant. We will work with you on an alternative if a page is blocked.
